Built by musicians,
for musicians
1804 Audio was born from the frustration that too many music tools are complex, clunky, and not purpose-built for musicians. We believe artists should focus on creating, not fighting with their tools.

The Vision Behind 1804 Audio
As a Grammy-nominated musician who has spent years navigating the complexities of music technology, I experienced firsthand the frustration of tools that seemed designed by engineers for engineers, not by musicians for musicians.
Too often, I found myself spending more time troubleshooting software than creating music. The tools were powerful but unnecessarily complex, reliable but not intuitive, feature-rich but missing the workflow that actual artists need.
That’s why I founded 1804 Audio—to bridge the gap between advanced music technology and creative workflow. We create VST instruments, sound packs, and platforms that understand how musicians actually work, think, and create.
“Every tool we build starts with a simple question: Will this help an artist create better music, or will it get in their way?”
